A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments and is applied toward the total cost of your service. This protects the time reserved exclusively for you.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Changes made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
A grace period of 10 minutes is available for all appointments. Arrivals beyond this window may require rescheduling to protect the appointments booked after yours.
To maintain a calm, focused studio environment, we ask that guests and children not receiving services wait outside the appointment area.
All tools are sanitized and sterilized between every client, following professional health board standards. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
